The IXENT salon exudes Mediterranean and hygge. Vegetable elements, the use of wood and the decoration are the common thread of this salon where we feel at home while the best professionals take care of us.

In the expansion of Manacor we find the renovated IXENT hairdressing salon. The salon’s management decided that the new premises should, like its history, transmit its own philosophy: the use of natural products and respect for the environment. So they contacted Brunet Arquitectes for the renovation and interior design of their new space.

The premises are formulated as a unitary space visually modulated in different environments that adapt to each activity (waiting area, cutting area, colour area, washing area…). For this purpose, the use of a wooden screen with functions as diverse as shelving, storage area or folding screen was devised. The other cohesive element is the plant, present in the vinyls of prickly pears and hay, Mediterranean emblems par excellence.

The colour zone was conceived as a large table at which all the customers sit under a plant lamp. However, at the customer’s choice, mobile mirrors will adapt to how they are sitting at any given moment. In addition, the table designed by Brunet Arquitectes, incorporates multimedia equipment for those who wish to stay connected while they are being groomed.

Thus, the place becomes a warm, Mediterranean and relaxed space where to enjoy time for oneself.
