LLORENÇ BRUNET AND ASSOCIATES
Llorenç Brunet i Associats is an architectural studio founded in 1996. We integrate professionals in architecture, design, restoration, urban planning, structural consultancy and project management. We are able to provide multidisciplinary and fast solutions.
In addition, we rely on a network of collaborators who provide us with their knowledge in areas such as quality control, health and safety coordination, engineering aspects or the calculation of installations.
· Since May 2007 he has been a member of the Mallorca board of the Official College of Architects of the Balearic Islands (areas of Heritage and Bioclimatics).
· COAIB member of the Historical Centre and Catalogue Commission of the city of Palma.
· COAIB member of the Heritage Committee of the Mallorca Island Council.
· Member COAIB for the modification of the PGOU of the municipality of Inca.
· Member COAIB for the formation of the jury for the selection of the best built work of 2004-2005-2006.
· He has published some twenty articles on bioclimatic architecture and urban planning.
· He has given several lectures on building refurbishment, city modelling and bioclimatic architecture.
- Second prize (first desert) in the competition for the development of the Arc Sud in Alcúdia.
- Accesit in the competition of the school of music and dance of Felanitx.
- First professional prize in the Manacor furniture design competition.
- First prize for the restructuring of the Hippodrome Pardo de Palma.
- Finalist for a detached house in the “OPERA PRIMA” award for the Balearic Government’s Department of Culture.
- Second prize (first prize not awarded) for the planning of the layout of the Binissalem inland road.
- Finalist in the Pamplona Conference Centre and Auditorium competition.
- Second prize in the competition for a nursing home in Ciutadella.
- Finalist in the competition for a nursery and primary school in Puigpunyent.
- Second prize in the extension of the Manacor hospital.
- First prize in the Social Centre for the Elderly in Manacor.
- Finalist in the competition for the remodelling of the Pere Garau square and market (Palma).
- Selected in the competition for the best built work in the Balearic Islands (2007-2010) for a detached single-family house.
- First prize at the Guardia Civil barracks in Úbeda, Jaén.
- Selected in the competition for the best built work in the Balearic Islands (2011-2013) for a detached single-family house, a building with two dwellings and the refurbishment of an existing house.
- Finalist for a project for a wine tourism winery by the Higher Council of the Spanish Association of Architects, within the framework of Architectural processes related to responsible consumption, innovation and energy costs.
- Selected for the competition for the best built work in the Balearic Islands (2014-2016) for several buildings.

(1971, Manacor). Architect by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura del Vallés since 1996 and founder of LLORENÇ BRUNET I ASSOCIATS, SL in 2006. He is the founder and soul of the studio.

(1979, Manacor). Architect by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona since 2005 and, since then, partner of the office Llorenç Brunet i Associats.
CARME PASCUAL ESTELRICH
Partner / Architect
(1980, Manacor). Architect by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona since 2005. She has been a partner of Brunet Arquitectes since 2009.
