Spatial Experience: A Residential Project in Harmony with its Environment

Our architectural proposal focuses on a respectful integration with the environment, using interconnected volumes and pavilions to create well-organized immediate outdoor spaces. The local stone walls and the elongated layout of the program generate spatial diversity, offering a continuous experience of discovery.

Arrival at the building is from the southwest side, with various courtyards guiding the visitor from the vehicular and pedestrian access to the heart of the house. Each space, from the kitchen to the master bedroom, is designed to maximize views and cross ventilation, providing passive climate comfort.

The interior organization connects four seemingly independent volumes, creating areas rich in perspectives and functionality, from resting areas to social spaces. The various terraces and courtyards offer microclimates that enhance livability at different times of the day and year.

This integral and harmonious design aims not only to meet functional needs but also to offer a high-quality architectural experience.
