In this project, we have developed a residential complex of 9 detached chalets, each independently designed. The houses offer three different typologies, adjusted in size and equipment, but all share a functional and modern layout. The floor plan includes a ground floor with a living-dining area and an open kitchen that extends outwards to a pool and garden areas. On the upper floor, the bedrooms have terraces with views of the surroundings. Additionally, the flat roof provides extra space for installations and a solarium, completing a design that combines comfort, privacy, and efficient use of outdoor space.
