Brunet Arquitectes utilizes a white-coated concrete structure that reflects natural light, creating a tranquil atmosphere, ideal for musical learning. The building’s three-level layout addresses the need to differentiate usage areas, with larger and busier classrooms on the lower floors, while individual practice rooms are located on the upper floor. Additionally, the design includes a row of lockers and a large elevator to facilitate the transport of instruments, ensuring the space is functional and accessible for everyone. With a focus on energy efficiency, the building minimizes the use of artificial climate control through covered terraces and natural ventilation systems, making it an example of sustainable educational architecture.
