Reliving Between Walls: Hospital 32

Comprehensive renovation of a townhouse between party walls in the historic centre of Petra, originally built in the early 20th century.
The project highlights the pre-existing elements of traditional Mallorcan architecture – such as vaulted ceilings, load-bearing walls, and original proportions – while introducing contemporary standards of comfort, functionality, and natural light.
With a total area of 330 m² across ground and first floors, the intervention respects the context and memory of the house, adapting it to the needs of a new stage in life.
