The renovation and extension of COVES transform an existing house into two homes, preserving the garage on the ground floor and reworking the building through a new spatial approach.

The project focuses on generous, light-filled interiors, with a layout that enhances functionality, privacy and comfort. The intervention blends into the urban context through a sober, unified façade with light finishes, a restrained composition and volumes that dialogue with their surroundings.

The interior spaces open onto the courtyard and outdoor areas to strengthen the connection between the home and its setting, while the layout of each floor allows the project to be resolved with clarity and ease.
