Residential complex of seven terraced houses located in the Llevant area, Manacor. The project is organized around a common idea: to combine spaciousness and intimacy, controlled natural light, and a clear hierarchy between interior and exterior spaces.

The houses are distributed over a ground floor and two upper floors, following a shared program that clearly distinguishes daytime and nighttime areas, as well as private outdoor spaces. The spatial layout prioritizes functionality, smooth transitions between rooms, and the quality of the living environment.

The complex is conceived as a recognizable architectural unit, with a homogeneous and restrained aesthetic. Materials, proportions, and façade rhythms work together to create a balanced, timeless image that integrates harmoniously into its urban context.
