The Essence Remains
Renovation of a terraced single-family house dating from the early 20th century, carried out with the intention of updating the home while preserving its original character.
The house is organized into a ground floor with a patio and a first floor with an open terrace, creating open spaces where light and air become part of everyday life. It includes five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, and several living areas that allow for flexible and comfortable living.
One of the most distinctive elements of the renovation has been the replacement of some partitions with tensioned cords, a light solution that subtly defines spaces without fully enclosing them, providing openness and visual continuity.
A careful transformation that preserves the essence of the house while adapting it to a more open, luminous, and contemporary way of living.
