CA NA CATI
Ca Na Cati is a project that clearly reflects how construction management also plays a decisive role in residential renovations. Located in the Llevant area of Mallorca, this 248.83 m² intervention involves the renovation of a terraced single-family home distributed across a ground floor and first floor. In a project of this nature, where the existing structure, new construction solutions, and the adjustments inherent to the process coexist, technical management becomes essential to maintain the balance between design, feasibility, and budget.
Beyond execution itself, the value of the project lies in structuring every decision with clear criteria, controlling costs, and guiding the evolution of the work without losing architectural coherence. Ca Na Cati therefore represents a way of working in which renovation is understood not only as a spatial transformation, but as a technical and strategic process aimed at protecting the client’s investment and ensuring a solid, well-resolved result adapted to the realities of the construction process.
