Avant-garde Design in Mallorca: A Unique Project

Llorenç Brunet Architecture Studio has conceived a unique project that takes advantage of the steep downward slope from the northern corner towards the cove. The design ingeniously adapts to the topography, with an avant-garde and modern air, proposing a three-storey volume parallel to the street, appearing as two levels from the entrance and revealing three levels facing the sea. With strategic access from the public road, a swimming pool stands out, aligned with the south façade, descending in harmony with the terrain. Facing south/southeast, the building prioritises sea views and creates an interstitial space between the building and the pool/natural terrain, enriching the outdoor experience. Carefully placed openings reveal the noble spaces of the house. The proposal, meticulously designed to preserve privacy, uses elements such as blind walls and vertical grilles. This architectural project, carried out by the Llorenç Brunet Architecture Studio in Mallorca, blends harmoniously with the environment, respecting the topography and offering its residents a home integrated with the surrounding nature.
