OBLADA 01

This project consists of two multifamily buildings and a detached villa, all with pools. On a 6,053 m² plot, the blocks, with a total of 29 units, are oriented towards a central area that includes a pool, solarium, and sports area. The villa, located on a separate plot, features a private pool. Emphasis has been placed on preserving the existing vegetation, and the design ensures privacy and functionality, integrating the buildings harmoniously into the natural surroundings.
