An open shelter in the landscape: Son Caldera

Single-family house in Llevant, built in 2022. It blends gently into the landscape, respecting the topography and opening to the sun, wind, and earth.

Organized into several volumes that create courtyards, shadows, and quiet corners, the house unfolds like a walk. From the entrance, a dirt path leads to a home that gradually reveals itself, never imposing.

The ground floor is divided into four parts that revolve around a central open space. Each volume has its own character: the detached garage, the master bedroom, the living-dining area, and the kitchen with guest rooms. The main rooms open to the outside with large windows, connecting with nature and allowing the breeze to flow through.

Son Caldera is a house designed for slow living, surrounded by stone, light, and vegetation. A Mediterranean retreat where every corner invites you to stay.
