Passive house, finished in stone from the same finca. Project located in the rustic environment of the east of Mallorca.

The Passive House in the east of Mallorca combines modern elements with the rustic charm of a country house. The architectural design harmonises with the natural surroundings through three separate volumes incorporating rustic stone and industrialised timber construction. The timber structure offers high energy efficiency as a passive house. The interior features a minimalist and contemporary style with open spaces. The project includes a swimming pool strategically located to enjoy panoramic views of the landscape. The indoor/outdoor connection is maximised by large openings. The house is the work of Brunet Arquitectes, specialists in Passive Houses.

The project consists of several independent volumes with pitched roofs that are interlinked by small connecting elements in a plain. Large openings have been incorporated to maximise the connection between inside and outside, taking advantage of the natural surroundings. The swimming pool is located at the northwest end with stepped access aligned with the master bedroom, providing panoramic views from the solarium towards the landscape.
