Light and sea, the essence of a place

The Verderol project is located on a corner plot very close to the sea, in the Llevant area. It consists of two independent dwellings, one per floor, with no shared spaces, designed to make the most of sunlight, natural ventilation, and views. The access, interior layout, and outdoor areas give each home a distinct identity, with terraces, a garden, or a balcony depending on the case.

The building has a refined and distinctive form, conceived to blend naturally into its surroundings. The finishes combine white surfaces with brown-toned details, bringing warmth and visual continuity.
