This renovation project in the centre of Manacor, Mallorca, seeks to fuse local architectural tradition with energy efficiency. The proposal includes converting the ground floor and basement into a luxury home with swimming pool, maintaining traditional elements and applying Passivhaus standards for sustainability. The first floor houses two dwellings, with communal access from street and priority to visual privacy. The architecture adapts harmoniously to the existing structure, with facades that balance controlled openings towards the street and more expansive openings towards the inner courtyard.
