This single-family home project with a pool reflects the Mediterranean lifestyle, combining design, functionality, and respect for the natural environment. Located in the Raiguer region with views of the Bay of Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana, the house uses local materials such as Mallorcan stone and earthy finishes to blend seamlessly into the landscape. The design features two main volumes with sloped roofs, connected by transitional spaces that frame courtyards and terraces. The interiors, open and filled with natural light, connect with the exterior, integrating the pool and garden. The proposal prioritizes sustainability, comfort, and visual harmony.
