ANDRATX

Architecture open to the landscape

A contemporary home in Andratx where light, privacy and efficiency coexist in perfect balance.

Conceived as a serene and functional piece of architecture, the home is organised around an L-shaped floor plan that embraces the terraces, garden and pool. Its large south- and west-facing openings extend the interiors towards the landscape, making natural light another defining element of the project.

An inner courtyard connects the different spaces, providing privacy, natural ventilation and a continuous visual connection between the rooms. Clean lines, sandy tones and a carefully considered selection of materials reinforce a contemporary Mediterranean aesthetic.

Designed according to Passivhaus principles, the home combines comfort and energy efficiency with a seamless relationship between architecture and nature.
