ESTEL DE LLEVANT

A Space Designed for Well-Being and Inclusion

The Estel de Llevant project involves the renovation and adaptation of an existing building in Manacor to create a new multi-service mental health care facility. The intervention adapts the building to the needs of the centre while preserving its architectural character and improving functionality, accessibility, and energy efficiency. Organised around a central courtyard that provides natural light, ventilation, and environmental quality, the ground floor accommodates day-care services, training rooms, workshops, dining facilities, and community activities, while the first floor is dedicated to supported housing. The project promotes a welcoming, bright, and human-centred architecture designed to foster well-being, inclusion, and the recovery process of its users.
