A home designed around light and openness

The renovation of SANTA CATALINA reimagines a terraced house to enhance spaciousness, natural light and the connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The first floor is organised around an open-plan living area that connects both the square and the interior courtyard, encouraging cross ventilation and a greater sense of openness. The private spaces are arranged independently to provide comfort and privacy, while the rooftop becomes an outdoor living area designed for relaxation and everyday enjoyment.

The project is completed by a restrained façade with traditional materials, carefully integrated into its surroundings to create a contemporary architectural expression that respects the character of its setting.
