Voltor is a 425 m² detached house located in the Serra de Tramuntana, conceived through a modern, contemporary and essential architectural language, in which the volumes, orientation and relationship between interior and exterior respond directly to the conditions of its surroundings. 

The house is organised through a compact composition of volumes, generous open-plan spaces and a clear visual connection with the terraces, swimming pool and solarium. Porches, cantilevers and carefully oriented openings help control natural light, preserve privacy and reinforce the continuity between architecture and landscape. 

Beyond its contemporary architectural language, Voltor achieves the Passive House Plus standard, making energy efficiency, interior comfort and reduced energy demand essential elements of the design itself.
