LLOSETA
Geometry, Light and Calm in the Heart of Lloseta
The project proposes a 333.34 m² single-family residence, located between party walls and on a corner plot, arranged over a ground floor and first floor. Its orthogonal and controlled geometry responds to the conditions of the plot and the required setbacks, while seeking the best solar orientations, views and natural ventilation towards both streets.
The ground floor is structured around three longitudinal bays and an internal courtyard that organizes the entrances, garage and living spaces. The first floor accommodates the day area, with a living room, dining room and kitchen opening onto a porch with a barbecue and dining area, as well as the master bedroom and a rear terrace. The roof incorporates a swimming pool and its surrounding sun terrace.
In volumetric terms, the building combines pitched roofs on the front and side façades with a flat roof at the rear. The façades alternate stone cladding on the main elevations with a fine, off-white finish on the rear façade. The proposal maintains deep perspectives, cross ventilation and open spaces through a distinctive architectural approach that integrates into the urban context of Lloseta.
