A single-family home in Sa Font Seca, Bunyola, designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana. Situated on a steeply sloped site, it combines tradition and modernity, adapting to the topography and maximizing views and natural light.

The design places private areas on the upper floor and living spaces on the lower floor, connecting the interior with terraces, pool, and solarium to create a fluid experience between indoors and outdoors. Materials such as stone walls and Arab tiles reinforce harmony with the surroundings, while large southeast-facing openings ensure light and exceptional panoramas.
